A naanada is my version of a grilled sandwich that combines the flavors of a piada which is a flat bread sandwich made popular in Italy and the Greek pita flat bread. Naan is a traditional flat bread originating in India. It's light and airy and I make it fresh every day. It perfectly compliments the intense flavors I bring together to make the world's one and only NAANADA!
All delicious Naanadas are hand made and stuffed with savory meat, sauce and vegetable love! Whenever possible, we use locally grown ingredients from the Wild Ramp.
Here are a few of my favorite grilled hot selections with lots of cheesy and saucy goodness all nestled in a hand made naan flat bread. If you're trying to lose the carbs just get it in a bowl.

A Naanada with beef slathered in a signature sauce nestled with sauteed onions, mushrooms, peppers, pasta and baby greens. A sandwich as exquisite as the theatre it is named for.
A Naanada with pepperoni and salami served with sauteed vegetables, signature sauce, pasta and greek cheeses with a little pesto and yes, another sauce nestled in a naan flat bread.
A vegetarian's dream this is a naanada served with sauteed seasonal vegetables, pasta, pesto sauce and the signature sauce with a few salad selections and greek cheeses.
This chicken salad was made popular at my former restaurant and we're serving it here too. It's made with all white chicken breast, a little red onion and sweet relish. All the flavors are delicate but perfectly balanced.
The Old Main

We hand roll this, sprinkle it with fresh garlic and cilantro, grill it and serve it with home-made hummus.
A little different that traditional pesto sauces, this is delicious and my own special recipe with all the ingredients I love to taste when I eat naan.
A simple blend of garbanzo beans, roasted garlic, and olive oil. Eat that with home made flat bread and tell me you aren't in heaven.
Broccoli Cheddar Soup and Soup d'jour
I make soup to comfort your soul. The Broccoli Cheddar soup was made famous at my former restaurant. My customers have often said they suffer withdraw symptoms when they can't get it. It will be available everyday and the creamy, home-made goodness can be paired with any sandwich as a side item.
Angel hair pasta with feta, tomatoes, banana peppers, olives and red onion with an Italian/Greek dressing.

Spinach, feta, strawberries or orange segments with craisins and a strawberry vinaigrette.
There is no other bread pudding like this. It truly is the best. Perfectly fluffy, perfectly sweetened with a home made whiskey sauce.
If you're a returning customer from the Tea Room Cafe then you'll be happy to know the servings are a little bigger. That is the only improvement this dessert needed.
